Allison Vaughn is a Professor of Psychology at San Diego State University (SDSU), affiliated with the College of Sciences and Department of Psychology. She holds leadership roles in research, teaching, and mentorship, and has been recognized with awards including the SDSU Outstanding Faculty Award and Western Psychological Association's Early Career Research Award. Her work focuses on social relationships' impact on health, stigma toward LGBTQ+ populations, and mental health disparities.
