Allison Suppan Helmuth is a Research Fellow in the Department of Sociology at Rice University. Her research focuses on intersectional social inequalities in urban neighborhoods and communities, particularly in housing and neighborhood change contexts. She completed her doctorate in Sociology at the University of Illinois-Chicago (2022) and holds a master’s degree from George Washington University.
