Allison Everett is an Associate Professor, Teaching Stream, and the MSW Practicum Coordinator at the School of Social Work, Carleton University. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Carleton, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Toronto.

Her research focuses on culturally responsive social work education, racial trauma, and community development, with an emphasis on marginalized communities, including Indigenous, Black, and People of Color. She also explores themes of belonging, identity, and mental health advocacy.
