Dr. Allan Jepson is a multidisciplinary academic at the University of Hertfordshire's Hertfordshire Business School, focusing on human wellbeing through leisure experiences. He holds a PhD and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His research spans festivals, tourism, family sociology, neurodiversity, and marginalization, with a focus on psychosocial and physiological wellbeing across lifecourses.
He has led/co-led multiple projects, including studies on neurodiversity in leisure, food festivals' wellbeing impact, and participatory art's role in aging populations.
