Alissa Michelle Collins is an Assistant Professor of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences at Duke University School of Medicine. She specializes in laryngology and otolaryngology, with a focus on voice disorders, thyroid cancer, and geriatric otolaryngology.

Her research spans thyroid cancer recurrence management, office-based laryngeal procedures, and age-related voice and airway issues. Recent work examines salvage cryoablation for complex thyroid cancer recurrences and KTP laser ablation for vocal fold polyps in professional singers.
Key clinical interests include laryngeal pathology, airway reconstruction, and geriatric ENT care. She completed an otolaryngology residency at Duke (2012-2017) and a laryngology fellowship at University of Texas Health Science Center (2017-2018).
