Ahmed M. Soliman

Ahmed M. Soliman serves as Professor of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. He holds multiple leadership positions including Director of the Temple Head & Neck Institute, Vice Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at Fox Chase Cancer Center, and Director of the Voice, Airway & Swallowing Center at Temple University Hospital.

Dr. Soliman specializes in complex airway disorders and voice pathology, with research focusing on laryngotracheal stenosis, voice rehabilitation, and swallowing disorders. His clinical expertise includes laryngeal microsurgery, KTP laser procedures, and management of vocal fold paralysis. As one of the most experienced airway surgeons in the United States, he integrates advanced surgical techniques with compassionate patient care.

His scientific contributions have been recognized through multiple Top Doctors designations from Philadelphia Magazine (2012-2018, 2023-2025) and Castle Connolly, along with honors including America's Most Compassionate Physicians and America’s Top Physicians awards.

Dr. Soliman maintains active professional memberships in the American Laryngological Association, Triological Society, American Bronchoesophagological Association, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery. He previously served as President of the Pennsylvania Academy of Otolaryngology (2017-2019) and Philadelphia Laryngological Society.
