Dr. Alison Smart is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, where she joined in September 2013. Her academic career includes previous positions at the University of Aberdeen, Manchester Business School, and the University of Edinburgh. Prior to academia, she worked as a research and development chemist for ICI and Zeneca.
