Alison Lamont is a Senior Lecturer in Sport Education and Coaching at the University of Gloucestershire. She specializes in coach development, elite sport pedagogy, and decision-making in sports. Her work spans academic roles and practical collaborations with organizations like Gloucester Rugby, World Netball, and England Netball. She has designed coach education programs internationally, including in Ethiopia and Botswana, and contributed to high-profile events like the Netball World Cup 2019.
