Alison Holm is an Assistant Professor (tenure track) at Nova School of Business & Economics and a Research Associate at the Nova Center for Business, Human Rights and the Environment (Nova School of Law). Her research focuses on corporate responsibility and misconduct in global contexts, particularly using meso-level comparative methods like Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA). She holds a PhD in Responsible Management from Copenhagen Business School (2022) and has held visiting scholar positions at Stanford University, Bocconi University, and Catolica Lisbon.

She is actively involved in academic communities, including the Strategic Management Society and Academy of Management.
