Alison Holm

Alison Holm is an Assistant Professor (tenure track) at the Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE), specializing in corporate responsibility and global business ethics. She is also a Research Associate at the Nova Center for Business, Human Rights, and the Environment at Nova School of Law. Her work focuses on corporate misconduct, stakeholder management, and human rights in multinational enterprises.

• Education: PhD in Responsible Management (Copenhagen Business School, 2022), CEMS MIM (Copenhagen/LSE, 2016), and BBA (IESEG School of Management, 2012).

Her research employs meso-level comparative methods, including qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), with notable publications in Global Strategy Journal. She has received prestigious awards like the Elite Research Travel Prize (2019) and was a finalist for the D'Amore-McKim Dissertation Award (2023).
