Alison Gemmill is an Associate Professor in the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. As a demographer and perinatal epidemiologist, her research focuses on structural determinants of health disparities, fertility dynamics, and maternal-perinatal outcomes. She investigates how environmental stressors and policy changes impact reproductive health, with an emphasis on equity.
