Alison Gardner

Dr. Alison Gardner is an Associate Professor in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Nottingham, affiliated with the Rights Lab's Health and Communities Programme. Her research explores the intersection of global and local governance responses to modern slavery, with a focus on community resilience and social determinants. She has led multiple funded projects and received recognition for her work, including the national Marsh Prize for Community Activism in Combating Slavery and inclusion in the UK Top100 Modern Slavery Influencers.
