Dr. Alison Cronin is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Bournemouth University's Faculty of Media and Communication. She specializes in corporate crime, financial crime, and regulatory reform, with notable works including two books: Corporate Criminality and Liability for Fraud (Routledge 2018) and Bad Business Practice (Edward Elgar 2022). Her research focuses on corporate fraud prevention, 'failure to prevent' offences, whistleblower protections, and the reconfiguration of corporate liability frameworks.
