Alison Ainley is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), based in Cambridge. She specializes in feminist philosophy, aesthetics, phenomenology, ethics, and psychoanalysis, with a focus on thinkers like Heidegger, Aristotle, de Beauvoir, and Freud.
