Aline Gatignon is an Assistant Professor of Management at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds a PhD in Management from INSEAD and a Master’s in Development Economics from Sciences Po. Her research focuses on cross-sector partnerships addressing socio-environmental challenges in emerging markets, particularly involving firms, governments, and nonprofits. Key areas include corporate social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and institutional transitions.
Education: PhD in Strategic Management (INSEAD), M.A. in Development Economics (Sciences Po), B.A. in Political Science (Sciences Po).
Research Interests:
- Cross-sector collaborations in healthcare, CSR, and disaster response
- Institutional voids and polycentric governance in emerging markets
