Dr. Alina Vaduva is a Senior Lecturer in Business Strategy at the University of East London (UEL) within the Royal Docks School of Business and Law and the CIME Department of Strategy and Leadership. She holds a PhD in Management and has over 18 years of professional experience in banking, entrepreneurship, and education. She serves as an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission and collaborates with organizations like PwC Luxembourg and the Romanian Association of Technology Transfer and Innovation (ARoTT).
