Alicja Hadryś

Dr hab. Alicja Hadryś, prof. UEP is a Professor in the Department of International Management at the University of Economics in Poznan. She holds multiple academic governance roles including Deputy Chair of the Appeal Disciplinary Commission for Postgraduate Students, member of the Electoral College UEP, and member of the Commission for Periodic Evaluation of Academic Staff. Her research focuses on family business management, international leadership, and the role of women in business. She is affiliated with the Family Business Institute as an expert and the Polish Academy of Sciences Foundation.

Her research interests emphasize succession processes in family-owned businesses, internationalization strategies, and gender dynamics in corporate governance. Notable areas include entrepreneurial orientation's role in global expansion and the challenges of talent management in family vs non-family enterprises.
