Alicia Myles Sheares is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University, with a courtesy appointment in Sociology. Her research focuses on the intersection of race and organizations, particularly examining the experiences and success factors of underrepresented professionals of color in the U.S., including Black tech entrepreneurs and startups led by Black and Latine founders.
