Alicia Julibert García

Alicia Julibert García is a Teaching and Research Staff member at the ADEMA University School, affiliated with the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), since September 2022. She holds a Doctorate in Nutrition and Food Sciences (UIB, 2020) and an Official Master's Degree in Clinical Metabolism and Nutrition (Rovira i Virgili University, 2014). She earned her Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Navarra (2010). As an accredited Contracted Professor with a Doctorate, she leads the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics program.

Her research focuses on community nutrition and oxidative stress, particularly through participation in the multi-center PREDIMED-Plus project. She has contributed to 17 publications (4 first-authored, 13 co-authored) and numerous conference presentations. Her work bridges nutritional science, clinical applications, and public health interventions.

She has received research grants during her predoctoral period (2015–2020) via research support contracts. Her teaching spans clinical nutrition, collective catering, health communication, and external internships, with a focus on mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.
