Alice A Kelikian is an Associate Professor of History at Brandeis University, affiliated with the Department of History and the Interdepartmental Program in Italian Studies. She specializes in European cultural, cinematic, and social history with a focus on Italy. Her academic background includes a D.Phil. from the University of Oxford and a B.A. from Princeton University.
Her research interests span European History, Social History, and Italian Cinema, with additional engagement in broader cultural and cinematic studies. She has received notable recognition, including the Woodrow Wilson Scholar award in 1972 and the Graduate Award from the University of Oxford in 1973.
