Dr. Ali Yıldız is an Associate Professor at the Department of Urology, School of Medicine, Istanbul Okan University, where he has worked since December 2019. After graduating magna cum laude from Hacettepe University School of Medicine in 2012, he completed his urology specialization at Antalya Training and Research Hospital (2013-2018) and fulfilled mandatory state service at Muş Varto State Hospital (2018-2019).

- Holds Fellow of European Board of Urology (FEBU) certification
- Active participant in robotic surgery training and kidney transplant programs (2020-2022)

His research focuses on prostatectomy outcomes, high-powered laser techniques, and urological stone disease. He has presented surgical innovations at national conferences like the 29th National Urology Congress (2020) and contributed to book chapters on robot-assisted prostatectomy and renal trauma. As both a clinician and educator, he teaches urology residents while performing complex surgeries including penile prostheses and curvature corrections.
