Ali Snook is a Lecturer at Bridgewater College, specializing in health promotion and wellness education. They teach courses including Health Promotion, Program Planning, Wellness, and Determinants of Health, which align with requirements for the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification.
Research focuses on evaluating self-efficacy and fear of falling among older adults in congregate settings, as well as intergenerational interactions between college students and older adults to explore health narratives. Teaching emphasizes experiential learning and community engagement.
Holds M.S. in Health Promotion and B.S. in Healthcare Science from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. Certified as a Health Education Specialist (CHES) and ACSM Exercise Physiologist.
