Ali Ebnenasir

Ali Ebnenasir is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Michigan Technological University, specializing in software engineering, formal methods, and fault-tolerant distributed systems. He holds a B.E. (1994) from the University of Isfahan, M.E. (1998) from Iran University of Science and Technology, and Ph.D. (2005) from Michigan State University. His doctoral work was nominated for the ACM Doctoral Dissertation Award. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Michigan State University’s Software Engineering and Network Systems Lab (2005–2006).

Research focuses on formal verification of distributed systems, quantum computing algorithms, and fault-tolerant embedded systems.
