معرفی
Ali Abdillah is a PhD candidate in International and European Law at Utrecht University since 2022. He is also a lecturer in the Constitutional Law Department at the Faculty of Law of Universitas Indonesia.
His research focuses on the comparative study of EU Law and ASEAN Law, examining whether ASEAN Law follows the developmental path of EU Law in areas like constitutional law, internal market law, and dispute settlement mechanisms. His PhD supervisors include Prof. Sybe de Vries and Prof. Armin Cuyvers from Universiteit Leiden.
- Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Universitas Indonesia (2014)
- Master of Laws (LL.M) in European Law from Universiteit Leiden (2016)
His expertise includes Comparative Constitutional Law, European Integration, and Southeast Asian legal systems. His research themes also extend to family law, particularly addressing children in multi-resident families.
