Alfredo dos Santos Soares

Alfredo dos Santos Soares is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid. He also serves as a Lecturer-Tutor in the Master's Degree Programs in International Development Cooperation and International Migration at the University Institute of Migration Studies. His research focuses on international law, EU migration/asylum law, environmental displacement, and the Responsibility to Protect (R2P).
