Dr. Alfred Moore is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of York. His work focuses on political theory, deliberative democracy, social epistemology, and the politics of expertise and technology. He has held prestigious fellowships, including a Marie Curie Research Fellowship (2009-2012) and a Democracy Fellowship at Harvard University’s Ash Center (2012). Moore’s research explores transparency, trust, and suspicion in democratic governance, alongside the impact of digital technologies on political discourse.
