Alexandros Psychogios

Professor Alexandros Psychogios is a Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Loughborough Business School, Loughborough University, and holds Visiting Professor roles at European institutions. He is also a Research Associate at the South-Eastern European Research Centre.

Research Focus: His expertise spans leadership development, international HRM, organisational neuroscience, and managing SMEs in turbulent economies. His work addresses employee voice, silence in crisis contexts, and ethical leadership. Key contributions include frameworks for trust repair in SMEs and neuroscientific approaches to leadership and change management.

• Recipient of the Benedictine University Award (2020) for research on ethical consulting issues.
