Dr. Alexandros Labrinidis is a Professor at the University of Pittsburgh's Department of Computer Science and co-director of the Advanced Data Management Technologies Laboratory (ADMT Lab). He holds an adjunct professorship at Carnegie Mellon University. His research focuses on user-centric data management, scalable systems, and data-intensive computing with over 70 peer-reviewed publications. He has led NSF-funded projects like PittSmartLiving and contributed to big data challenges through initiatives like the TDI Framework.
