Alexandra Schoeny is an Assistant Professor of Voice at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where she combines performance expertise with academic mentorship. A Cincinnati native, she bridges operatic traditions from Monteverdi to modern composers like Gregory Spears, and has performed with prestigious ensembles including the Philadelphia Orchestra, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and Het Residentie-Orkest. Her stage presence and versatility are widely acclaimed, with roles spanning Micäela (Carmen) to Miss Lightfoot in Spears' Fellow Travelers.
