Alexandra Hui

Alexandra Hui is an Associate Professor in the Department of History at Mississippi State University. Her research focuses on the history of science and technology, agricultural and environmental history, German history, and sound studies. She holds affiliations with interdisciplinary divisions including the History of Science and Technology and Agricultural, Rural and Environmental History.

Her academic work bridges European intellectual and cultural history with modern scientific developments. She maintains active research interests in transnational environmental policies and the cultural dimensions of technological innovation.
