Alexandra Cuffel is a Professor for Jewish Religion in Past and Present Times at the Faculty of History, Ruhr University Bochum. She is affiliated with the Center for Religious Studies (CERES) and serves on its Directorate. Her research focuses on Jewish-Christian encounters outside Europe, particularly examining coexistence from late antiquity onward.
