Dr. Alexander Wolkow is a Lecturer in the School of Psychological Sciences at Monash University, affiliated with the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health. His research focuses on sleep, stress, health, and performance in shift workers and high-risk populations such as emergency personnel. He holds a PhD in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Deakin University (2016) and has secured prestigious fellowships, including the NHMRC Peter Doherty Early Career Fellowship (2018) and ARC DECRA (2022).
