Alexander Specht is the Associate Director of the University of Wyoming’s Center for Business and Economic Analysis (CBEA) within the College of Business. As a Research Economist, his work focuses on fiscal policy, education policy, public utility regulation, and regional economic development.
- Education: B.S. in Finance and Economics from George Mason University, M.A. in Economics from Claremont Graduate University
