Alexander Sahn

Alexander Sahn is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and the Thomas J. Pearsall Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research focuses on the intersection of political economy and representation, particularly examining subnational governments in the United States.

His work explores how neighborhoods seek representation, the influence of public comments on housing approvals, and the professionalization of urban governance institutions.
