Alexander Quinn

Alexander Quinn is a Lecturer in Real Estate Development + Design at the University of California, Berkeley, where he also earned his Master's degree in City and Regional Planning. He serves as Director of Research for Northern California at JLL, specializing in real estate development, economic forecasting, and urban regeneration. With over 20 years of experience, he applies quantitative methods to assess the economic, equity, and environmental impacts of development projects across the Americas.
