Alexander Martin

Prof. Dr. Alexander Martin is a Visiting Professor at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg, holding the Chair of General Business Administration with a focus on Organisation and Corporate Governance. Previously, he served as Professor at VICTORIA | International University of Applied Sciences (2017-2022) and as a Research Associate at the European University Flensburg. His research spans organizational ambidexterity, innovation management, and sustainability in organizations.
