Alexander Markarian

Dr. Alexander Markarian is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery division at the USC Caruso Department of Otolaryngology. He completed medical training at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, residency at LAC+USC Medical Center, and a facial plastic surgery fellowship at the Lasky Clinic. Specializing in facial aesthetic surgery, revision rhinoplasty, and facial paralysis rehabilitation, his research focuses on scarless wound healing and stem cell applications. He actively teaches medical students and residents while maintaining a busy clinical practice.
