Alexander Heria serves as a full-time Senior Lecturer at the University of Miami, teaching photography and graphic design after 15+ years of instruction at Miami International University of Art & Design, Florida International University, and Miami Dade College.
His educational background includes a BFA in photography from Florida International University (1992) and an MFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design (1994).
Heria's creative practice centers on Photography, Graphic Design, and Visual Arts, with exhibited works held in numerous private collections across South Florida.
Key recognition includes:
