Alexander Hahn is a Professor at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology (TH Nuremberg), Germany, actively engaged in teaching and research with office space BL.133. His work bridges academic theory and industry applications in digital experience design and entrepreneurship education.
His research centers on Digital Empathy—understanding users' emotional and cognitive responses to digital technology to create high-quality functional, aesthetic, and hedonic user experiences. He pioneers Rapid Digital Prototyping methods to accelerate Design Thinking and Lean Startup execution for students, while his multi-method UX Research integrates Affective Computing, Eye-Tracking, Behavioral Data Analysis, Surveys, and Ethnography for comprehensive user insights.
