Alexander Gabibov

Alexander Gabibov is a Professor at Lomonosov Moscow State University, affiliated with the School of Fundamental Medicine and the Department of Industrial Pharmacology. He has held significant roles including Deputy Director of the Shemyakin & Ovchinnikov Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences, and President of the Russian Biochemical and Molecular Biology Society.

Scientific awards include election to Academia Europaea (2014), Correspondant member of the French National Academy of Pharmacy (2009), Associate membership in the Russian Academy of Sciences (2003), and the USSR State Honor Prize for Young Scientists (1984).
