Alexander Evans

Professor Alexander Evans is an Associate Dean (Strategic Development) and Professor in Practice in Public Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) School of Public Policy. He directs the MPA in Data Science for Public Policy and the LSE Professional Skills Accelerator. His expertise spans policy-making, national security, foreign affairs, technology, and South Asia. He previously served in the British Diplomatic Service, including roles in 10 Downing Street, the Cabinet Office, and as a senior advisor in the U.S. Department of State. He holds a Ph.D. in Politics from SOAS, University of London, and a B.Sc. in International Relations from LSE.
