Dr. Alexander Dallaway is a Lecturer in Public Health and Health Studies at the University of Wolverhampton, affiliated with the Faculty of Education, Health & Wellbeing and School of Public Health Studies. His career spans both academic and public health sectors, including roles as Public Health Senior Programme Officer at Birmingham City Council during 2021-2022.

Recent work explores socioeconomic determinants of diabetes in Birmingham, gut microbiota interactions in liver disease, and biomechanical adaptations during gait. He has contributed to systematic reviews on NAFLD comorbidities and IoT applications in PCOS management.
Current projects involve honorary research at Warwickshire Institute for the Study of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism (WISDEM), with expertise in diffusion tensor imaging, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
