Alexa Koenig is a Research Professor of Law and Co-Faculty Director of the Human Rights Center at the University of California, Berkeley. She directs the HRC’s Investigations Program and teaches at UC Berkeley School of Law, focusing on intersections of technology, law, and human rights. Her work includes co-founding the Human Rights Center Investigations Lab, training professionals in digital open-source investigations, and developing the Berkeley Protocol on Digital Open Source Investigations.
