Alex Moss is a Visiting Professor at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) and Henley Business School, and holds roles as Director of the Real Estate Centre at Bayes and Course Director for the MSc Real Estate program. He has over 30 years of global real estate sector experience across research, investment banking, private equity, and fund management. His expertise spans asset pricing, REITs, and real estate finance.
Research Interests: Alex focuses on real estate investment trusts (REITs), capital markets, and valuation methodologies. He has pioneered analytical tools for listed real estate companies and advises institutions globally through Consilia Capital. His work on blending direct and listed real estate earned a notable award.

Advising & Grants: He chairs EPRA's Research Committee and has served on the Investment Committee of the Investec Global Real Estate Securities Fund. His advisory roles include the Journal of European Real Estate Research and University of Cambridge.
