Dr. Alex Lang is Assistant Professor at Bond University's Centre for Comparative Construction Research, specializing in innovation management and organizational design.
Holds PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Technical University of Munich, 2017), MBA (Bond University, 2023), and degrees in Chemistry. Research examines open innovation strategies, frugal innovations for emerging markets, and gamification in organizational learning.
