Alessia Zinzi is a fixed-term Researcher at Link Campus University in Rome (SSD BIOS-11/A). She holds a Pharmacy and Industrial Pharmacy degree (LS-14) from the University of Salerno and a Ph.D. in Translational Medicine from the University of Campania 'Luigi Vanvitelli'. Previously, she served as a Research Fellow in SSD BIO/14 at the University of Campania's Department of Experimental Medicine until 2024. Her research focuses on drug and vaccine safety evaluation using real-world data from national/international pharmacovigilance databases. She has authored multiple publications in indexed journals and participated in national/international pharmacology conferences.
Professional experience includes post-marketing drug surveillance at Campania Region’s Regional Center for Pharmacovigilance and Pharmacoepidemiology under Prof. Annalisa Capuano. She was a member of the Italian Society of Pharmacology until 2019.
