Alessia Isopi is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of Manchester, where she has been since 2011. She holds a PhD from Università di Roma 'Tor Vergata' and a bachelor's degree from LUISS 'Guido Carli' University in Rome. Her research focuses on Development Economics, Asymmetries in Information, and Experimental Economics, with particular attention to topics such as market structures, property rights, and international aid allocation. She teaches Development Economics at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
