معرفی
Alessandra Silvestri is a Professor of Theoretical Physics at the Leiden Institute of Physics (LION) within Leiden University's Faculty of Science. Her research focuses on cosmology, particularly on testing fundamental physics through cosmological observables, with an emphasis on modified theories of gravity and dark energy dynamics.
- Affiliation: Leiden Institute of Physics (LION), Faculty of Science, Leiden University
- Research Interests: Cosmology, Modified Gravity, Dark Energy, Large-scale Structure, Gravitational Waves Cosmology
Her group is actively involved in the ESA Euclid mission and has initiated a Gravitational Waves Cosmology program with GRAPPA (UvA). She leads the development of the EFTCAMB and EFTCosmoMC software for analyzing dark energy and modified gravity theories against cosmological data.
