Dr. Alessandra Guida is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in the School of Law at Queen’s University Belfast, specializing in international trade law, environmental law, and technology law. She holds a PhD from Macquarie University and is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. Her research focuses on balancing trade liberalization with biosafety, sustainable development, and human rights. She leads projects on pesticide regulations and interdisciplinary sustainability initiatives, collaborating with global experts.
