Alessandra Cordiano is a Full Professor of Private Law at the University of Verona's Department of Law. She holds academic leadership roles including membership in the Department Council and Collegio Didattico for Law and Emergency Governance programs. Her research focuses on Medical/Health Law, Immigration, Family Law, and interdisciplinary studies combining law with literature. She leads or participates in numerous research projects, such as 'Identità genetica e genitorialità' and 'Impact Veneto,' addressing bioethics, migration policies, and family dynamics.
Teaching responsibilities include courses on Citizenship Rights, Family Law, Juvenile Civil Law, and Immigration Law across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She also coordinates initiatives like the CeDiFam center focusing on family relationships and the Neg2Med mediation center.
